We’ve just finished composing the music for a Channel 4 documentary called, Gok Wan – Made In China. Travelling back to his ancestral home, Gok explores the largely unseen world of Chinese mass production. Visiting the village his father grew up in for the first time, Gok’s journey is also a discovery into how China now produces one in every four man-made objects on the planet. Ultraviolet produced the music using a variety of authentic Chinese instruments including Ruan (Moon Guitar), Guzheng (Zither) and Xiao flute.
